Naughton Fields has been created with you in mind. The care and support on offer is flexible – it is designed around an individual and will adapt with you as your needs and requirements change, offering a home for life.
A dedicated team will work at the scheme from 8am - 11pm, offering personal and practical support. Overnight cover will be provided by an off site team. The range of care and support services provided will include; personal care, assistance with medication, preparing meals, cleaning and laundry, help with any bills, applying for benefits and general advice and support.
An Extra Care scheme offers an alternative for those people who feel their existing accommodation is no longer meeting their needs or are feeling isolated or lonely.
What does it cost
Apartments are available to rent or buy, either in full or on a shared ownership basis and consequently the cost of living at the scheme will vary.
All residents will be required to pay a weekly service charge which covers the cost of managing and maintaining the building and includes a support charge to cover some of the support services, notably the 24 hour emergency alarm system.
A further 'utility' charge is made to cover the cost of providing heating and hot water to individual apartments and individual water charges. Any electricity that you use in your apartment will be charged separately.
If you are in receipt of welfare benefit you may get support to cover these charges. However, some costs are not eligible for benefits and you will need to meet these yourself. Our sales team are on hand with advice and support.
